Contract Manager, California

Job Summary

To support the Infrastructure Data Center organization, the full-time remote Contract Manager in California will manage contract processes, including drafting, negotiation, and compliance, while collaborating with various teams to maximize contract value and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the overall contract management function, including contract drafting, negotiation, and process improvement
• Partner with business leads to navigate complex operations and drive cross-functional contracts and cost containment efforts
• Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring clear communication of contract terms and compliance with company policies

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant work experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and contract management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
• Experience in procurement and contract development, including legal and pricing negotiations
• Ability to work across multiple functions and communicate complex contract terms to diverse stakeholders
• Experience in a highly cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
