Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager - Procurement for a month-to-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate buy-side procurement contracts, focusing on SaaS and software licensing
• Conduct reviews and redlining of various agreements including software licenses, NDAs, and service agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to expedite contract processes while ensuring risk management compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 5 - 10 years of experience as a contract manager or commercial counsel
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
• A strong work ethic, exceptional judgment, and uncompromising integrity
