Contract Manager - Quebec

Job Summary

To support key hydroelectric projects in Quebec, the full-time remote Contract Manager - Quebec will manage end-to-end contract processes including bidding, negotiation, and execution, while ensuring compliance and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the contractual aspects of projects from bid preparation to execution and closure
• Draft, review, and adapt commercial clauses and prepare change orders and claims as needed
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to implement risk mitigations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering, Law, Business, Finance, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management within complex project environments
• Strong ability to draft complex amendments and understand project financial aspects
• Excellent command of French and ability to work in English
• Proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to implement improvements
