Contract Manufacturing Manager

Job Summary

Managing relationships with co-manufacturers, the full-time Contract Manufacturing Manager will oversee production planning, monitor performance, and ensure data integrity while working primarily onsite in New York City with some remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end production planning with co-manufacturers, ensuring alignment on capacity and operational priorities
• Oversee daily production performance, resolving issues and communicating updates to cross-functional partners
• Maintain accurate ERP production activities, ensuring data integrity in inventory movements and consumption tracking

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience managing suppliers in a co-manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or drink-based CPG sector
• Understanding of multiple supply chain disciplines, including purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and R&D
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with internal and external partners
• High level of motivation and a strong sense of urgency in executing tasks
