Contract Marketing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Contract Marketing & Commercial Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and manages customer agreements for GPO, IDN's, and key accounts
• Works cross-functionally on contract development, administration, compliance, and reporting
• Generates reports and conducts analysis related to customer agreements and pricing disputes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience administering contracts and customer agreements, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of hospital/pharmacy products and pharmaceutical industry contractual terms preferred
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Knowledge of ERP systems, CLM, CRM, and database concepts preferred
