Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter, Marketing to lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting efforts for roles in Marketing and Client Success/Account Management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full-cycle recruiting requisition load of 6+ positions concurrently, focusing on Client Success/Account Management, SEO & Paid Search
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Facilitate the candidate selection and interview process to ensure a superior hiring experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for various disciplines in private, growth-stage companies
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office programs
• Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter for passive sourcing and outreach
• Extensive background in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, both in-house and agency settings
• Experience hiring for a marketing department is highly preferred
