Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Matter Information Specialist who is collaborative and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming Accounting Service Desk tickets
  • Perform time card edits and process transfers and matter maintenance tasks
  • Update and manage address changes and verify backup documentation for disbursements
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of client billing or related experience
  • Experience with Aderant, ChromeRiver, BillBlast, and ServiceNow
  • Law firm experience preferred but not required
  • Internal customer support knowledge
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field preferred
