A company is looking for a Contract Motion Designer (Meta Ads) to create performance-focused motion creatives for various brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept and produce short-form motion assets for Meta ads (Reels, Stories, Feed)
• Translate campaign and performance goals into engaging creative content
• Collaborate with marketing and design leads to refine concepts and storytelling

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or related creative roles
• A portfolio showcasing short-form motion work for paid social or performance marketing
• Expert-level skills in After Effects and familiarity with editing tools
• Experience designing for Meta platforms and understanding of ad specifications
• Strong sense of typography, pacing, and visual hierarchy in motion design
