Contract Negotiator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Negotiator II to recruit and manage provider agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop a network of providers, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Lead recruitment efforts to secure accurate and complete contracts
• Coordinate with internal teams and providers to maintain contract compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, or provider relations
• Experience in a hospital or physician's office or group setting
• Familiarity with State and/or Federal health care programs preferred
• Equivalent experience may be considered
