Contract Negotiator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Negotiator V to identify, negotiate, and manage provider and vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate vendor or provider contracts and manage implementations and ongoing relationships
• Perform market research and analysis as directed
• Lead, manage, and track ongoing financial and operational success of designated partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of vendor and/or provider contract negotiations and analysis experience in healthcare or a similar industry
• Experience negotiating contracts with successful outcomes and measurable financial results
• Experience presenting and communicating negotiation strategies at senior levels
• Preferred experience with healthcare provider negotiations for pharmacy benefit management or managed care
