Contract Negotiator III

Job Summary

Recruiting and developing a network of providers, the full-time remote Contract Negotiator III will manage the signing of network participation agreements while ensuring compliance with corporate and state guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts for physicians, hospitals, and ancillary services, ensuring contracts are complete and accurate
• Facilitate provider setup and contract configuration to support accurate claims adjudication
• Coordinate with internal departments and contracted providers to maintain contract compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, or provider relations within a healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of State and/or Federal healthcare programs such as Medicaid and Medicare is preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
• Ability to work Central Time hours and travel occasionally to Missouri
