Contract Negotiator III

Job Summary

Recruiting and developing a network of healthcare providers, the full-time remote Contract Negotiator III will manage contract negotiations, ensure compliance with health plan guidelines, and facilitate provider setup for accurate claims adjudication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts for physicians, hospitals, and ancillary service providers, ensuring contracts meet corporate and state guidelines
• Coordinate with internal departments and providers to maintain contract compliance and facilitate provider setup
• Identify potential providers based on geographic and specialty needs and maintain an updated database

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, or provider relations in a healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of state and/or federal healthcare programs (Medicaid, Medicare) preferred
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
• Willingness to travel occasionally for internal and provider-facing meetings in Delaware
