Key Responsibilities

• Own the commercial contracting process end-to-end and drive AI-focused transformation across contract operations
• Define and execute the long-term vision for contract management and operations, aligning process excellence, technology, and stakeholder experience
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and establish legal infrastructure with a focus on AI

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or paralegal capacity in a tech or SaaS company
• Deep experience managing enterprise SaaS agreements and vendor contracts
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starting attitude in a dynamic environment
• Process-oriented with strong business judgment to deliver pragmatic, risk-balanced guidance
