Contract Operations Response Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CO Response Manager who will support contract operations and ensure compliance while managing schedules and communication across delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Playbook modules focused on Mission Partner (MP) engagement and compliance
• Engage MPs early to ensure alignment with project objectives and collaborate with CO Delivery Teams
• Assist with strategic Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives and support proposal development

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field
• 10+ years of experience in technical writing, proposal development, and project management
• PMP certification required; Agile Scrum certification preferred
• Active Top Secret Clearance is mandatory
• Strong understanding of compliance, schedule management, and IT project coordination
