Job Summary

Managing complex contract reviews, the full-time Contract Operations Specialist will operate remotely to ensure accurate Fee For Service Agreements, resolve network issues, and maintain data integrity across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and timely reviews of contracts, focusing on operational language and compliance
• Independently research and resolve complex network and claims issues while collaborating with internal teams
• Maintain data accuracy and provide reporting on workflow metrics and quality assurance scores

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume research or complex administrative resolution work
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and experience with database management systems
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage high-pressure situations effectively
• Strong communication skills for distilling complex issues into actionable updates for stakeholders
