Contract Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing complex contract reviews, the full-time remote Contract Operations Specialist will operationalize Fee For Service Agreements, resolve network issues, and maintain data accuracy across multiple systems while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and timely reviews of contracts, ensuring compliance with operational language and performance metrics
• Independently research and resolve complex network and claims issues, utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills
• Maintain data integrity across various systems and provide regular reporting on task performance and quality assurance metrics

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume research or complex administrative resolution work
• Proven track record of performance in a production-based environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formula writing and data management
• Strong systems proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
