Contract Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Deal Desk team on a remote contract basis, the Contract Operations Specialist will review and redline customer order forms and amendments, triage incoming contract requests, and manage workflow routing using Salesforce and Ironclad.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and redline customer order forms and amendments using Ironclad
• Ensure all contract modifications align with company playbooks and pre-approved language
• Triage incoming contract requests and manage their workflow routing in Salesforce and CPQ

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce and Ironclad, or 2 years of experience with both combined with 3 years in a Deal Desk or Legal Operations role
• Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ, and Ironclad
• Strong understanding of redlining deals to mitigate risk
