Contract Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Payor Partnerships Contract Operations team, the full-time remote Contract Operations Specialist will manage credentialing documentation, interpret contract language, resolve network issues, and maintain data accuracy while operating with significant autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and timely contract reviews, ensuring compliance with operational language and performance standards
• Independently research and resolve complex network and claims issues, collaborating with various teams to drive solutions
• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and provide weekly reports on workflow and task management

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume research or complex administrative resolution work
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with complex formulas and data management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce or database management systems
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex scenarios and develop solutions independently
