Contract Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Contract Operations Specialist will manage complex contract reviews, resolve network issues, and maintain data integrity while operating with significant autonomy within the Payor Partnerships team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and timely reviews of contracts, ensuring compliance with operational language and guidelines
• Independently research and resolve complex network and claims issues by collaborating with various teams
• Maintain data accuracy across multiple systems and provide detailed reporting on workflow and task management

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume research or complex administrative resolution work
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and experience with database management systems
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage high-pressure situations effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear stakeholder updates
