Contract Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing complex contract reviews, the full-time remote Contract Operations Specialist will operationalize and maintain Fee For Service Agreements, ensuring data accuracy and resolving network issues while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and timely contract reviews, ensuring compliance with operational language and performance standards
• Independently research and resolve complex network and claims issues, collaborating with various teams to analyze and communicate findings
• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and provide regular reporting on workflow metrics and task management

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume research or complex administrative resolution work
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formula writing and data management
• Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and preferably Salesforce or other database management systems
• Proven track record of top performance in a production-based environment
