Contract Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Contract Operations Specialist will manage credentialing documentation, interpret contract language, and resolve network issues while maintaining data accuracy across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and timely contract reviews, ensuring compliance with operational language and guidelines
• Independently research and resolve complex network and claims issues by collaborating with various teams
• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and provide weekly reports on task performance and workload management

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume research or complex administrative resolution work
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formula writing and data management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with Salesforce or database management systems
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex scenarios and develop independent solutions
