Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across various platforms
• Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights to improve performance
• Communicate updates, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of paid social experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Strong understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS and CPA
• Ability to translate data into insights and actionable next steps
• Highly organized and able to manage work independently
