Contract Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic legal team on a contract basis, the part-time Contract Paralegal will triage incoming commercial legal matters, assist with routine legal processes, and maintain legal self-help resources while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Triage incoming commercial legal matters and route them to appropriate internal resources
• Assist with routine legal processes and standard commercial matters, escalating complex issues as needed
• Maintain and update legal self-help business readiness resources while contributing to process improvements

Required qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of experience with legal research tools and document or case management systems
• 0 to 2 years of experience drafting and reviewing legal documents accurately
• Associate's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent training required
• Prior experience supporting technology companies or law firms is strongly preferred
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and case management software
