Job Summary
To support payroll operations for a dynamic organization, the part-time Contract Payroll Administrator will manage multi-frequency payroll processing for hourly, salaried, on-call, and incentive-based employees while working remotely on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and administer payroll for various employee types using Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance modules
- Review and validate employee time records, pay adjustments, deductions, and earnings codes to ensure accurate payroll calculations
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and the Payroll Tax Manager on payroll-related matters and assist with year-end payroll activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of payroll administration experience
- Required experience with Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance systems
- Strong understanding of payroll laws, wage and hour regulations, and payroll best practices
- Experience processing payroll for organizations with 1,000 employees or fewer preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools
