Job Summary
Responsible for the technical and operational success of customer power generation assets, the full-time remote Contract Performance Manager will manage outage planning, lead contract execution, and drive customer satisfaction while ensuring financial performance and operational reliability.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of outages, parts, and repairs, focusing on proactive risk mitigation
- Own the Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) to ensure high-quality, on-time maintenance and maximum asset performance
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer site teams, translating operational challenges into actionable solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the power generation industry, or equivalent experience with an associate's or high school diploma
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Experience working with customers and power plant leadership teams
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Master's degree from an accredited university or college (preferred)
