Contract Performance Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex contract performance tasks, the full-time remote Contract Performance Manager will oversee project activities, provide contract administration, and ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating with various teams in the power industry.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities on-site for fulfilling customer orders while managing financial and commercial parameters
• Provide contract administration, including customer interface, negotiations, and maintaining CSA-related documentation
• Oversee outage scope planning and execution, ensuring quality and EHS oversight on work performed at customer sites

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of Power Industry experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field engineering or Gas/Steam turbine maintenance
• Knowledge and experience within the power industry
• Experience in planning and executing outages
• Familiarity with Contractual Service Agreements
