Contract Pharmacy Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Pharmacy Partner to support 340B pharmacy partners and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within contract pharmacy partner organizations
• Support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing use of solutions through best practices, coaching, and training
• Manage pharmacy partner cases by triaging issues, problem-solving, and coordinating resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or equivalent related experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmacy, hospital, or healthcare environments
• Experience in customer service and account management, preferably within healthcare
• Strong knowledge of the 340B Program and healthcare/hospital operations
• Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships that drive engagement and retention
