Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Contract Pipeline Manager to manage the end-to-end sales pipeline for new and existing Medical Providers in a full-time remote role, ensuring efficient legal contract processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the front-end sales funnel pipeline, including project planning, timeline management, and execution of implementation tasks
  • Oversee the portfolio lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company strategy, revenue goals, and operational priorities
  • Establish governance and reporting processes to support data-driven decision-making and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Corporate Legal, Financial, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5-8+ years of experience in portfolio management, legal operations, or a related role
  • Proven experience in customer onboarding, project management, or implementation management within a healthcare revenue cycle or technology industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear recommendations
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet)
