Contract Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

Managing profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts, the full-time remote Lead Contract Portfolio Manager will oversee contract performance, negotiate changes, and serve as the primary liaison between customers and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all contract performance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues while keeping customers informed of project progress
• Oversee staffing and performance development, utilizing technical knowledge to execute policies and strategies
• Function as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects, conveying performance expectations and fostering team consensus

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of Power Industry experience
• At least 3 years of experience in field engineering or Gas/Steam turbine maintenance
• Must reside within a 1-hour drive of the Orlando, FL and Cocoa, FL areas
