Job Summary
Developing and analyzing pricing structures for customer and carrier contracts, the full-time remote Contract Pricing Analyst will ensure pricing accuracy and competitiveness while supporting negotiation strategies with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain contract rate structures for customer freight agreements, including base rates and accessorials
- Analyze historical freight data and market trends to recommend competitive pricing
- Collaborate with Sales and Carrier Sourcing teams to build pricing proposals for RFPs and bid responses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or analytics, preferably in freight/logistics/3PL
- Strong Excel skills, with knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) as an asset
- Familiarity with TMS platforms and freight market data sources
- Ability to translate data into clear pricing recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
