Contract Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Process Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with SMEs and technology experts to design future-state workflows
• Document system-agnostic workflows clearly and concisely for validation and stakeholder approval
• Analyze current-state business and technical processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in process analysis, process improvement, or business operations
• Strong understanding of process mapping methodologies
• Proven experience supporting or leading process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
• Proficiency with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, ARIS)
