Contract Program Consultant

Job Summary

Leading contract governance and compliance for a third-party vendor portfolio, the remote Contract Program Consultant will build frameworks for vendor compliance, create compliance playbooks, and analyze contracts to identify compliance gaps on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run frameworks to track vendor compliance, document performance, and escalate issues
• Create compliance playbooks, gather supporting evidence, and ensure accurate, timely stakeholder attestations
• Review vendor contracts for data retention/destruction rules and partner with Legal and Risk teams to enforce compliance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract management, vendor compliance, or risk governance
• Strong ability to work autonomously and proactively identify operational risks
• Excellent collaboration skills across Legal, Risk, Compliance, and external vendor teams
