Contract Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Program Manager, Global Infrastructure and Energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely execution of portfolio contract models for the data center program
• Influence the development and selection of contracting models based on project-specific nuances
• Partner with Construction, Design, and external partners to manage the contract review and negotiation lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in pre-construction program management within construction, real estate, or data center industries
• 5 years of experience in contract negotiation and procurement strategies
• 5 years of experience utilizing data visualization tools to monitor and report on program health
• 5 years of experience in contract administration or legal support in a high-volume environment
