Contract Program Manager

Job Summary

To drive impactful carbon and waste reduction initiatives, the contract-based Program Manager will manage performance metrics, coordinate action plans, and deliver analytics across sustainability programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and track performance metrics for sustainability programs, including carbon and waste impact
• Manage updates and communications across sustainability stakeholders in supply chain, logistics, and engineering
• Coordinate action plans with project owners to ensure accountability and timely execution of sustainability initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in program management, operations, or engineering
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Master's degree in a relevant field or bachelor's degree with additional years of experience in project management
• Minimum 8 years of experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as MS Excel and Power BI
• Strong executive-level presentation skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear narratives
