Contract Program Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing technology practice, the Contract Program Manager will drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale social, creative, and communications programs while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project management for large-scale, cross-functional programs and campaigns, including developing project plans and timelines
• Support strategic planning processes, including roadmapping, resource allocation, and the development of organizational processes
• Partner with external agency teams and vendors to align deliverables and timelines while facilitating cross-functional meetings and managing stakeholder communications

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in marketing, communications, creative, or media environments
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with complex timelines and cross-functional dependencies
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and navigate conflict resolution
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Asana
