Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Contract (1099) Project Manager to support internal task management and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize project plans in Asana
• Monitor project progress and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks
• Improve and document internal project management processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management or operations coordination
• Strong hands-on experience with Asana
• Experience supporting marketing, creative, or agency teams
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
