Contract Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Growth Operations on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contracting operations, including review, negotiation, and compliance tracking for 100+ contracts
• Serve as the operational point of contact for escalations and coordinate with Legal and other stakeholders
• Oversee bulk contract creation processes and maintain workflow accuracy in CRM/CLM systems

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial operations
• Direct experience with contract lifecycle management platforms, preferably Ironclad
• Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive workflows accurately
• Strong coordination skills to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with seasonal urgency
