Contract Project Manager

Job Summary

Building a pipeline for future projects, the Contract Project Manager will manage end-to-end project execution across various domains including marketing, technology, and communications, while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for individual initiatives, including scope definition, scheduling, budget tracking, and delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into project health
• Coordinate day-to-day work across internal teams and external partners, managing dependencies and proactively resolving blockers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in marketing, technology, communications, or related fields
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience delivering projects across two or more domains: Technology, Business Development, Marketing, Language & Translation, or Communications
• Strong command of project management fundamentals, including scope management and risk tracking
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
