Contract Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time contract basis, the Project Manager will train new team members on ongoing strategic projects within the Payables line of business, ensuring smooth project handoffs and documentation for sustainable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Training new project management team members on in-flight strategic projects
• Shepherding ongoing strategic projects to ensure clean handoff milestones
• Documenting current-state processes and project status to support post-contract operations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, including cross-functional initiatives
• Familiarity with project portfolio and processes in payments or financial services
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently on a part-time schedule
• Available for the full engagement window (July 1, 2026 - September 15, 2026, 20 hours/week)
