Contract Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a dynamic internal community initiative, the remote full-time Contract Project Manager will coordinate program activities, manage event planning and execution, and track engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and develop detailed plans to achieve program goals across workstreams
• Support planning, logistics, and execution of community events from inception to delivery
• Track engagement metrics and prepare reports to inform data-driven decisions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program and event management with multiple concurrent projects
• 3+ years of experience in developing communications and maintaining content on collaboration platforms
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• PMI or PMP certification preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
