Contract Project Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote Contract Project Manager will oversee account performance, manage project deliverables, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure financial success and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee Client Solutions account performance, including labor tracking, billing accuracy, and risk management
- Proactively manage project objectives and workflows, ensuring tasks are completed within scope, time, budget, and quality constraints
- Collaborate with Group Directors on resource allocation, project cost-outs, and financial tracking to maintain alignment with budgets
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the advertising/marketing industry
- PMP Certification or actively working towards certification is desired
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Experience with Deltek Workbook or Deltek products is a plus
- Highly organized and adaptable with strong decision-making skills under pressure
