Contract Proofreader, a full-time position requiring an expert in grammar and proofreading to ensure high-quality projects are completed on time across various media formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Proofread and quality check diverse media, including eLearning scripts and digital content
• Ensure projects meet objectives and adhere to established style guides
• Collaborate with editorial directors to maintain high standards of editorial quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, English, healthcare communications, journalism, or a related field
• At least 7 years of proofreading experience across various digital and print media
• High proficiency in English writing, grammar, and editorial standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with American Medical Association style and other relevant style guides
