Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter for a 4-5 month parental leave coverage role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, ensuring continuity and quality during parental leave
  • Conduct intake meetings, source talent, and maintain candidate communication and metrics
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide updates, troubleshoot hiring bottlenecks, and enhance candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment across various business units
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Workable, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience in maintaining data integrity and tracking key recruitment metrics
  • Prior experience in short-term contract recruiting roles is a plus
