Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide hiring managers on talent acquisition processes and source qualified candidates
• Evaluate and present candidates to hiring managers while refining recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with management to anticipate hiring needs and streamline recruitment processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience with ATS systems, preferably Workday
• Preferred 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a global manufacturing environment
