A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to support high-priority engineering hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles across multiple technical domains
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Source and assess candidates with backgrounds in ad tech, backend systems, and data engineering

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience focused on ad tech roles
• Experience placing engineering talent in ad serving, programmatic platforms, or large-scale distributed systems
• Proficiency in recruiting systems, particularly Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
