Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team for a 4-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and sales roles, from intake to offer acceptance
• Proactively source talent and drive candidate pipeline generation across various functions
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain candidate data in ATS platforms

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven success in high-volume recruitment, preferably in insurance or sales environments
• Experience with corporate function recruiting (e.g., HR, Finance, Marketing)
• Proficiency in ATS platforms, preferably Ashby or Fountain
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
