Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for frontline roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and exempt frontline roles, from sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates while articulating the company's mission and culture
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies and referrals
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, focusing on high-volume frontline hiring
- Prior experience in a health tech, healthcare, or startup environment
- Experience hiring for non-exempt and exempt roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions (20+) in a fast-paced setting
- Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar ATS/CRM platforms
