Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for IT and technical roles, including sourcing and interviewing
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Maintain candidate records within Workday ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter for IT and technical roles
• Hands-on experience using Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent organizational skills
