Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Over 3 years of progressive recruitment experience
Experience navigating obstacles in sourcing and recruiting
Ability to quickly learn Workday and other business platforms; experience with Paradox is a major differentiator
Affinity for data and its application in recruitment success
Knowledge of labor market trends
