Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting processes during periods of high demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance across various roles
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and interview plans
• Build and manage candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and maintain accurate recruiting activity records

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience managing multiple active requisitions in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS
• Strong sourcing capabilities, particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proven ability to manage deadline-driven work with accuracy and urgency
